New accounts accept this version when they sign up. ## 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Zynta Flow ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by **Epic Digital Marketing & Tech LLC** (Florida document no. L20000226785), doing business as Zynta Flow, headquartered at 6751 Forum Drive, Suite 240, Orlando, FL 32821, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service Zynta Flow is a SaaS platform that helps creators, marketers, and agencies generate Instagram carousels and other social media content with the help of AI, manage brand guides and content calendars, and publish content to connected social accounts. ## 3. Accounts and Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ## 4. Subscriptions and Billing **Plans:** The Service is offered through the subscription plans below, billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Every plan includes unlimited brand kits and unlimited members; plans differ in the credits they include each month. See the [pricing page](https://www.zyntaflow.com/pricing?hsLang=en). **Free trial:** New accounts can try the Starter plan with a 7-day free trial that includes 300 credits. A payment method is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Starter subscription starts and is charged on day 8. A promotional link may offer a different trial length; the length shown when you sign up applies. **Credit top-ups:** You can also buy one-time credit packs: 500 credits for $15, 1,500 credits for $39, 5,000 credits for $119. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. **Promotions:** From time to time we may offer promotions, such as an introductory price for the first billing period, a discount, bonus credits or a longer trial. We create, change and end promotions at our discretion, and we may limit them by plan, country, date, link or one per account. A promotion applies only if it is shown at checkout when you buy; ending a promotion does not change what you already paid for. Unless the promotion says otherwise, when the promotional period ends the subscription renews automatically at the regular price of the plan shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel before the regular price starts and nothing more is charged. **Auto-renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. **Seller and payment processor:** For purchases made on or after October 28, 2026, Epic Digital Marketing & Tech LLC is the seller of every subscription and credit pack and provides the Service. Subscriptions bought before that date through Paddle.com remain sold by Paddle, as merchant of record, under the terms accepted at purchase, until they end; we will only move them to our new billing with your consent. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details go straight to Stripe, under PCI DSS standards; we never see full card numbers and never store them on our servers. Receipts for each charge are sent by email. **Taxes:** Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, GST or a similar consumption tax based on your billing location, it is included in the price shown. Epic Digital Marketing & Tech LLC, as the seller, is responsible for those taxes. **Failed payments:** If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved. ## 5. Refunds Refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy](https://www.zyntaflow.com/refund?hsLang=en). ## 6. Credits and Usage Limits Plans include a monthly allowance of credits, spent on AI generation, publishing and other metered actions. Each month, the plan credits replace the previous month's and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused credits are not refundable, except as our Refund Policy provides. ## 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: - Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit - Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party - Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation - Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access - Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk content - Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. ## 8. User Content You retain ownership of the content you upload (brand assets, photos, copy) and the carousels generated from it. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models. ## 9. AI-Generated Output The Service uses AI models (including Claude by Anthropic) to generate suggestions and copy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or sharing it. We make no guarantees that AI output is accurate, original, or fit for any specific purpose. ## 10. Intellectual Property The Service, including its software, design, branding, and templates, is owned by Epic Digital Marketing & Tech LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active. ## 11. Third-Party Integrations The Service integrates with third parties (Instagram/Meta, HubSpot, Unsplash, etc.). When you connect an external account, you authorize us to interact with it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms. ## 12. Termination You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after the retention periods in our [Privacy Policy](https://www.zyntaflow.com/privacy?hsLang=en). On every plan, a carousel draft that nobody edits for 45 days is deleted, after a notice at 30 days; carousels that were exported, published, scheduled, shared or sent for approval are outside this rule. ## 13. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ## 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Digital Marketing & Tech LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. ## 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. ## 16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
