# Zynta for agencies: unlimited brands and a partner deal

TL;DR

For agencies, **Zynta Flow** has two parts. The product: **unlimited brands and members** on every plan, one **brand kit** per client, roles per person and per brand, and client approval through a link with no account. And the **agency partner program**: 20% of what each referred client pays for 36 months, plus a discount on the agency's own plan that reaches 50% with six active clients.

Zynta for agencies is the same Zynta with no cap on brands or people, plus what a multi-client operation needs: each client kept separate, and the right access for each person, including a client who approves without logging in. Agencies that bring clients to Zynta can also join the partner program and earn commission. Below I cover both parts and what changes for an agency.

## Where an agency's operation gets stuck

I work inside an agency, at EPIC, and I know where things get stuck. Each client has its own shared drive and its own group chat. Approval arrives scattered across voice notes and screenshots, and someone always publishes the wrong version.

Then there is pricing. A lot of tools charge per brand or per seat, which punishes exactly the people who grow. At Zynta we removed those caps.

## What the agency gets in the product

### Unlimited brands and members on every plan

Zynta runs on credits only. There is no brand limit or per-seat charge, and today no feature is locked behind a pricier plan. The first brand is free; each extra brand costs 5 credits once, when it is created, or 20 when it is built from the website.

Today plans only change the number of credits per month:

| Agency | US$99 | 4,500 |
| Scale | US$249 | 12,000 |

On the annual plan you pay 10 months and use 12. Today the Agency plan does not unlock anything the Starter lacks: it gives more credits. To choose, count your monthly volume.

### One brand kit per client

Each client has its own brand kit, with logo, colors, fonts, tone of voice, audience, products and personas. Switching clients means choosing the brand at the top. ### Roles per person and per brand

Under **Team**, you invite people by email and choose the role:

- **Owner**: the account that pays. Everything, plus billing.
- **Admin**: invites and removes people, changes roles and brand access. Creates and publishes in the shared brands. No billing.
- **Editor**: creates, edits, deletes and publishes in the brands shared with them.
- **Viewer**: sees the brands shared with them, nothing else.

Being on the team grants nothing by itself. Each brand is shared with each person, one by one. The freelancer who handles one client sees only that client. Everything the team creates in the account's brands uses the owner's credits.

If the owner's plan ends, the team is paused: nobody on the team can open the brands through it and pending invites are cancelled. Nothing is deleted right away, and the owner gets a notice: with no plan within 45 days, the team will be deleted. Buying a plan brings the team back; pending invites have to be sent again.

### Client approval without an account

On each calendar post, the client approval panel creates a link. The client opens it without creating an account and approves or asks for changes. They can mark an area of a slide or select a passage of the caption and comment right there, and the comment arrives anchored to the right spot. At the end of the month, the client report in Insights builds the brand report with its goals.

## The agency partner program

Here the model changes. In the partner program, **each client pays for its own plan** and the agency works on that client's brand as a team member. The agency earns commission on what that client pays.

The rules, which are in the program terms and in the code that calculates payouts:

- **20% of the amount charged to the client for the plan**, without tax and after coupons, in US dollars, for **36 rolling months** from the client's first payment.
- **Linked only through the agency's link**, at the client's signup.
- **The window does not pause**: if the client cancels and comes back inside it, commission resumes.
- **30-day hold**, payout from US$50, paid by hand in batches (by PIX against an invoice in Brazil, by international transfer elsewhere).
- A different deal only applies once Zynta records it in the panel.

### The discount on the agency's plan

On top of the commission, the agency gets a discount on its own plan based on the number of active clients:

| 3 | 26% |
| 4 | 34% |
| 5 | 42% |
| 6 or more | 50% |

An active client is a client linked to the agency with a paid plan and a subscription in good standing. It starts counting when its first commission clears the hold and keeps counting after the 36 months. The discount never goes above half of what the active clients pay per month, and it applies to a paid plan on the agency's own account.

One caveat: today the panel shows the calculated discount, but applying it to the agency's subscription is not automatic yet. Until it is, Zynta agrees with the agency on how and from when the discount applies.

### How to join the partner program, step by step

1. In your Zynta account, open **Affiliates and agency partners** in the account menu.
2. Choose **Apply as an agency partner** and send the application.
3. Entry is by approval, and the decision shows up in the dashboard.
4. Once approved, copy your link and use it at each new client's signup.
5. Ask the client to invite you to their team, with access to the brand.
6. Follow clients, commissions and the calculated discount in the panel.

## Frequently asked questions about Zynta for agencies

### Does Zynta limit brands or members?
